Homeowners are reminded that it is unlawful to operate a motor vehicle without a license. This includes motorcycles, mopeds, and motor scooters. Children, especially, should not be allowed to ride or operate motor scooters in the street or in their driveways as this is extremely dangerous. Maryland state law requires that all such operators carry a license issued by the MVA and the Meadows HOA strongly urges parents to closely monitor their children's activity in this area of concern.
