Trash and recycling containers shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and shall not be permitted to remain in public view except on days of trash or recycling collection.  Such containers shall be kept in the rear of the lot and stored in a manner so they are generally visible from the street.  The HOA may at its discretion adopt rules and regulations relating to the size, shape, color, number, types and manner of storage of such containers.

Pick up Schedule

Trash is picked up every Tuesday morning and should be put out on Monday evening to assure pick up.

Mixed paper (including cardboard), bottles and cans, and yard materials (seasonally) are picked up each alternating Friday.  For a complete schedule and Baltimore County recycling requirements, please visit the Baltimore County website.
