The Meadows at Perry Hall Farms Homeowner's Association Dues, or community assessment, for 2011 is $11.00 per month. 

HOA dues are billed and payable in advance, annually each December.  If any assessment is not paid within fifteen (15) of the due date, the entire unpaid balance of the Assessment shall be considered delinquent and immediately due and payable.  The entire unpaid balance shall bear interest from the due date at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum, or the hightest interest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.  The delinquent assessment shall also be subject to a late charge for Fifteen Dollars ($15.00), or one-tenth (1/10th) of the delinquent assessment, whichever is greater.  (Meadows CC&Rs Section 9) 

Of this $11.00, $5.00 is assessed by the Master Association for community or "improved" areas and $6.00 is assessed by the Meadows HOA for expenses specific to the Meadows community.  The Meadows HOA 2010 budget is outlined below:
