February 12, 2010 - The Meadows Board of Directors has terminated the management contract with Wentworth Management (formerly Trenton Property Services, Inc.) and selected MRA Property Management to manage the finances of our community effective immediately.  We are excited about this transition.  In addition to reducing budget costs, we believe that MRA will provide superior service to Wentworth.  Please note, MRA is responsible for managing the collection of our annual dues and making payments to vendors on our behalf.  Any concerns regarding the community as a whole, your individual lot, architectural changes, safety issues, etc should be forwarded directly to the Board of Directors via email.

January 1, 2010 - In the interest of reducing costs, the Meadows HOA will no longer be producing a quarterly newsletter.  Going forward community information will be delivered via email.  We urge each homeowner to register with our email distribution list to stay well informed of community events and news.

There has been a recent rash of eggings along Perry Farms Drive, Gerst Road, and Forge Road.  The Baltimore County Police department recently arrested several young men in relation to these events, but no charges were formally filed.  We suggest that homeowners  be dilligent in reporting any unusual or suspicious activity in the neighborhood to the Baltimore County Policy Department immediately whenever possible.
